So you have reviewed all the details on our website, and you want a straight-forward list of what you're going to get for your investment. Our roll-out plan consists of 4 phases which we will cover now.

First contact & proposal phase:

When you submit a request to build a website with us, we assign a web developer to your account. They will contact you and build a base site containing some of the colors and details that you have described to us. You are under no obligation at this point, and no money will change hands until you decide that Silvergateway can offer you the product that your company deserves.
We know we can!

• A consultation with your web developer to discuss your site and design
• A base website setup on our live testing server (which is password protected)
• Setup of a full proposal for your website which will be submitted to you
• A quote will be drawn up that outlines the work to be done and a rough time-line

Confirmation and Construction Phase:

Once we have agreed upon the direction that your site will take, Silvergateway will invoice you for the amount stated on your quote. 25% of this amount is due before further work continues. Once payment has been received, your web developer will begin working with you on the live testing server to build up your new site. We will work closely with you to ensure that the end product is what you want. As we continually say, you are involved in every step of this process.

• Setup of your Domain Name & Registration
• Consideration of hosting options (basic planing for when site goes live)
• Design of a template with multiple variations, so your site can grow with you
• A complete Site Map
• A full set of site passwords (Planing Passwords that change when the site goes live)
• Access to our Members Area on Silvergateway.com
• Design of an emergency down page that will host all your important details in case something happens to your main site
• Administrative walk through: your web developer will walk you through your website administrative area and show you how to make the best use of your new website.
• Your web developer will work with you to implement all the aspects of your website until it is ready to go live

Going Live Phase:

Your new site looks great on the test server, you love it, and we love it. Now its time to make it go live, so we can share it with the rest of the world. At this point the remainder of the invoice will be due, - 10% for our client to hold until the site is completely moved to their live server. At this point Silvergateway will harden your site to protect it from hackers and help you setup your server.

• Setting up hosting for site
• Hardening of Website & Server for protection from hackers
• Changing of all site, database & server passwords
• Setting up SSL & htaccess files to protect sensitive areas of your site
• Create a backup of the database & site to be stored on-site with Silvergateway
• Create a CD / DVD backup that will be sent to you containing your full site
• Submit your domain and site map to Google and Yahoo
• Setup of E-mail accounts
• Walk you through your administrative back-end of your site and server
• Add your site to our Highlighted Works section on Silvergateway.com. The link in our highlighted works section will remain permanently

Follow Up Phase:

Some web developers throw your site online and it's the last you hear of them, this is not the case with Silvergateway, we have been in business since November 2002, and we do not plan on going anywhere. To prove our commitment to our clients we provide 30 days worth of our Administrative services free to you at no charge. Here is what you can expect to get in this 30 day period.

• Daily monitoring of your site to make sure no malicious attacks are being attempted
• Core system software updates
• Module software updates
• Bi-weekly contact to touch base with you to ensure you always stay satisfied with your site for years to come
